Q: What is Cage Free and is it safe environment:
A: Our cage-free grooming offers a safe and relaxing experience where your dog is not kept in a cage for extended periods. After grooming, friendly dogs may spend time in our cage-free area, where they can mingle and play with other dogs.
For everyone’s safety, we ask about your dog’s temperament before allowing them in the cage-free area, and all dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.

Q: What are your No Show/Late Cancellation?
A: We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the chance to offer the spot to another pet parent on our waiting list and helps us avoid loss of income.
If less than 12 hours’ notice is given, a $30 fee per pet will be added to your next visit should you decide to reschedule.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected hardships happen. That’s why we’ve set our policy at 12 hours instead of the standard 24 hours that is typical in the grooming industry.

Q: Can I leave my dog all day to play?
A: We kindly ask that owners pick up their dog(s) promptly once grooming is complete. This allows us to focus fully on the next appointment.
When dogs are left behind after their grooming, it can create extra noise, additional cleaning, and even the risk of conflicts between pets. To maintain a calm and safe environment, we ask for your cooperation in picking up your dog as soon when they are ready.
A $10 fee will apply for every 15 minutes past the initial 15-minute grace period after we notify you your dog is done.

Q: How long does the grooming take?
A: We will usually text you as soon as your dog’s grooming is finished. Grooming times vary depending on your dog’s coat, behavior, and how many pets are ahead of them. On average, it takes 1 to 2 hours.
Please allow enough time in your schedule and be prepared to pick up your dog promptly by 3:00 PM, unless we notify you otherwise. Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.

Q: Can we stay and watch the grooming?
A: For the comfort and safety of your dog, we prefer to work with them one-on-one without the owner present. When owners stay and try to help, it can actually make the experience more stressful for both the dog and the groomer. To ensure a calm, positive, and safe grooming session, we kindly ask that you drop off your dog and allow our professionals to take care of them.

Q: Why was I charge a Shave Down?
A: Due to the severe matting of your dog’s coat, we needed to shave down the coat for health and comfort reasons. Matting can cause skin irritation, discomfort, and other health concerns, so clearing the coat was the safest option.
Please note that shaving a severely matted dog also causes extra wear on our equipment and requires significantly more time and effort than a regular grooming session.
