Text Messaging and Phone Calls
Text messages. If you call SpaGo Dog and ask our automated phone assistant to text you our online booking link, we collect your mobile phone number to send that one message. We send text messages only when you request them. Message frequency: one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Mobile information and your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Phone calls. Calls to SpaGo Dog may be answered by an automated (AI) phone assistant. Calls may be recorded or transcribed so we can answer your questions, schedule appointments and improve our service. If you prefer not to speak with the automated assistant, tell it so or contact us directly at 510-590-7628.
Service providers. We use trusted service providers to operate our phone, texting and online booking systems. They may process your information only to provide these services to us, and they may not use it for their own marketing.
What we collect. This may include your name, phone number, email address, your pet’s information and appointment details.
Retention. We keep this information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

Terms and Conditions
Program: SpaGo Dog Booking Link Text Messages. By asking our phone assistant to text you our booking link, you agree to receive one text message with that link. Consent is not required to make a purchase or book services.
